适用范围 Application

110kv-220KV电缆适用于相应电压等级,中心点直接接地的输电线路系统。

The cable of voltage 110KV to 220kv can be applied to the neutral-point solid grounded power transmission line systems with corresponding rated voltage.

500KV电缆适用于较高电压等级的水电站，变电站输配线路系统

The cable with rated voltage 500KV is suitable for use in transmission and distribution systerms of hydrostation and substation

使用特性Operation Characteristics

电缆正常运行时导体允许的长期最高温度为90℃

During the normal operation ,the max permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor should not exceed 90℃

短路时（最长持续时间不超过5秒）电缆导体允许的最高温度为250℃。

Conductor temperature during short-circuit (5s maximum duration) should not exceed 250℃

电缆安装时允许的最小弯曲半径一般为电缆直径的25倍。

The min permissible bending radius during the cable laying is normally 25 times of the cable’s OD.

电缆敷设时不受落差限制。

The installation is not limited to the horizontal dropping variance.

低于0℃敷设时，必须预先加温。

Pre-heated is needed when the ambient temperature is below 0℃ during installation

电缆的允许弯曲半径

电缆外径（D）小于25㎜，应不小于电缆外径的4倍

电缆外径（D）等于或大于25㎜，应不小于电缆外径的6倍

The bending radius of cable are recommended as follow:When the diameter of cable is less than 25㎜:not less than 4 times of the cable’s ODWhen the diameter of cable is more than and including 25mm: not less than 6 times of the cable’s OD

当电缆使用交流系统时，电缆的额定电压至少应等于该系统的额定电压；当电缆适地直流系统时，该系统的额定电压应不大于电缆额定电压的1.5倍

When the cable are used in the alternative current systerm,rated voltage of cables should be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system;when the cables are used in direct current system, rated voltage should not exceed than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables

The U-type cables are manufactured according to the standard of GB 12972-2008,while M –type cables are manufactured according to MT818-1999 and Q/1320282DCE037-2003, at the same time, they are also can be manufactured according to the standard of IEC, BS, DIN and AEIC.

适用范围  Applications

矿用橡套软电缆适用于交流额定电压U0/U6/10KV及以下矿用动力装置用移动敷设的电缆。
